After a tough belt test this past Friday, I advanced to Purple Belt. Thanks for all the good thoughts.

I've got a charity 5K coming up this next weekend. Time to hit the running training hard this week.

Do any of you all have events/races you do or are thinking of doing? Anyone ever do a Tough Mudder?
