Apps to help with being a RLSH

Does anyone from the UK know of any apps that could me track down people that have broken the law in the area, provide criminal backgrounds or anything else that would be useful? 

It stands to reason that, if there are crime-maps available online for America, there would be some available for the U.K. You've already done a search online?

When it comes to profiles or backgrounds, your best bet is to get friendly with a reformed ex-con (long shot, but nice if you can accomplish it), and get them to help you put together a profile of some sort.

I have a Crime Map app and Panic Button app just in case. I think by looking in the newspaper and looking in the news would help me a little with backgrounds.

If you can get close to a cop, you can possibly get information about closed cases that can help you

There are Geographical Profiling tools like Rigel, Crimestat, RCAGIS and Gemini, that are used to track serial crimes, if you're looking for a specific asshole and would like a good area to patrol.

Regional Crime Analysis Geographic Information System (RCAGIS) is public-domain and open-source. It uses CrimeStat, which is free to download by law enforcement agencies. Do superheroes count as law enforcement agencies?
