| Nery good website. Has a ton of stuff to keep you motivated, as well as loads on nutrition. Although, as its name suggests, it's geared toward bodybuilding as opposed to whole body fitness. | |

| Yes, and as Tothian says, you need to also train your mind... And as I say, If your mind and physical strength is not equal, both will seize to exist. |

| Absolutely. As much time as you spend working out, you should spend studying. | |

| Listen to books on tape (CD these days) while you work out. Learning a language this way is also useful. | |

| I read enough already lol. I never use audio books. I spend more time studying than working out anyways. (because of school lasts like 6 hours 5 days a week) |

| If you go to the main index of the different forums, it's down by the bottom. I should warn you, it's pretty explicit in nature. From time to time there are some epic threads, but they're so few and far between it's not worth reading all the /b/-esque postings.
It's basically /b/ without porn ads and bodybuilders.
EDIT: Every other forum on the site is really serious though. There's only "funny business" on the misc, so every other forum should be safe for viewing. |

| I dont understand what you find bad about that... All I found was some news about a porn star then some other stuff like "post a pic of your sunglasses"... |

Trust me, it gets pretty dirty and a bit much. Me and my friends frequent the site for laughs and have done this for several years now but have stopped recently because it just wasn't funny anymore. Heck, back during the beginnings of the Haiti Earthquake there were several threads where people would make fun of and insult the Haitians as well as saying no one should support Haiti. Any attempt to show a good attitude towards anything, such as that Haiti incident or something as saying women aren't items, and they call you a "white knight" and neg you. |

| Oh I see... I don't use their forums anyways, they seem pretty crude... I might need to take act soon, but that depends if something bad happens in my life. Or if I ever get something to lose. |

| I love that site for the educational videos about exercise, but yeah, the forums can vary between 25% helpful and 90% junk. The problem is, everyone has to tailor a workout to suit their own body, but then you get all the forum people claiming their workout, diet or supplement is the only real one. My favorite videos are the ones by Charles Glass, he's an awesome trainer. I've been pushing myself on heavy weight and lower reps for years, until I started feeling light injuries in my shoulder and a couple other spots. So recently I switched to lower weights/higher reps, and am amazed to find I'm just as buff, but now I'm getting cut instead of just big. Six pack ahoy! | |
