good book

I don't know how many of you may have read this, but all of the members here should read "Meditations on Violence". It's a very well written book about looking at your combat style and avoiding and handling violent confrontations. It came highly recommended to me by two different law enforcement officers who also have martial arts background. Not only does it have good things to say, it's well written. I have 30+ yrs of martial arts experience, and it made me think about my training quite a bit.

I have not read it. I may have to pick up a copy however. Good post.

i think the main site should have a list of all the books recommended for those wanting to do this. there have been so many mentioned on this forum that i dont remember most of them.

That sounds like something I would like to read. Thanks for the recommendation.
