This is a new sub section of the training discussions. It is here for people to have a place to log their training.

Dark Guardian i know you train regularly and i was wondering if you could post a training log of your own for us to see what kind of excercises you do to stay in crime fighting shape. I am sure it would be helpful.

I love pushups, especially when I push myself up into the air and clap my hands. Or where I do a handstand and push my entire body up vertically. Those are fun too.

I can't really sustain those, personally. When I do plyometric pushups all I do is push up off the ground a little.

If you find them so easy try doing the claps behind your back. That's what I used to tell people who complained about them being too easy. Razz

That's completely serious, although people who find a decent number of plyometric pushups super easy are kinda rare.

If even that's too easy you can try multiple claps or "Zohan pushups": [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I like hindu pushups.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

And hindu squats.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I'll be adding them into Crossfire's challenge for an extra bit of workout.
Very nice exercises.

Oh, and bear crawls.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

And burpees.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Hey Urban:
Have you tried ninety degree pushups?
You freak. Razz

All the various animal crawls are good for warming up. I started doing those instead of stretching before exercising.

Flora said there's something wrong with burpees. I don't remember what -- maybe just the impact.

I'd like to suggest a rule for this section. A log started can only be posted on by the starter. No response posts. This would insure that we get a true training log from each person and avoid pages and pages of "gee that's awesome" and "this is how I would have done it" threads. Any questions can be posted in the general training forums or by PM.
