It's not that all diet systems are crap, although some are (all grapefruit???) but a balanced diet with moderate portion sizes is both satisfying and healthy, no matter your blood type. Exercise is beneficial and complements a good diet. When you combine the two, you feel better in general and often have fewer health issues. People have been eating foods for eons without factoring their blood type into it. Other diets also work. The blood type diet works too, but not BECAUSE you are eating specifically to your type.
