| Hey guys... whatever shoes you wear etc etc, just don't give up. Even if you exercise regularly without doing it optimally it's still good for you. | |

| Tonight I add the second stage of the workout. After the 2 mile bike ride, and a short break, will be adding an upper boddy routine of curls. Starting with 3 lbs. gonna try for 3 sets of 15. I think I can handle that. | |

| based on what I can see through your sleeves, you can start curls with five pounds.
3 sets of 8, please
Do the bike ride with only water breaks.
If you get too tired to get home, that is bad
What would make your body VERY happy is puuuushups!!!!
3 sets of 8 | |

| I've always had trouble with push ups. I can do them fairly easy. but my wrists hurt when I have my hands bent like that against the ground. I tried doing them on the knuckels of my fist as a solution but that hurts my knuckles.
I will change my curls to 5 pounders. 3 sets of 8.
when biking there are 2 points in the course where we stop for water. for just a few minutes then continue. The course is pretty good I think. the first 1/4 is down hill then the 2nd and 3rd quarters are up hill with the last quarter down hill again. I now do the bike ride in high gear all the way. have to push pretty good in the middle to get back up the slope but then there is a cool down for the last quarter. Good ride

any time! I am happy to help. Tailoring an exercise routine for your exact needs is best. Kapes, just let me know if you want one for you. PS> I had to get new rugs in my apartment. The management does it - free of charge every several years ( YAY ) but I had to move every stick of furniture that I own. The cats were confused as to why we were ALL in the bed room with the guinea pig AND all the living room furniture. My Bunting was TALKING in her sleep - not snoring ( which she does too ). She said this: "mah, mmah,, MEH, mah, mamamamama, EEEE, prrrow prrrrrow prrrow prooww, moo mmoooo moomoo" AND I COULDN'T REACH THE CAMERA without waking her!!!!!!

Good ride This is a good bike ride! YAY! As to pushups - 1. on the toes is about the same as ~60 pound dumb bells in each hand and you just might not be ready for that yet but you will be. I wanted to type this yesterday but hesitated. Ok, here goes: I'm typing it now. Do pushups on your knees. do it in secret where no one will see! 2 sets of 8. in a year you will be stronger. 2. on-the-knees will give your wrists less pressure and, within six weeks you will build enough new stuff in your wrists to be able to do it with way less pain. you just need to make it through the six weeks. For the first few days, ice your wrists and EAT message me and we can do this. Those first six weeks are where my knowledge is needed the most
