Gastric Measures

It is great to be back home again.

If you do some serious research you can find decent surgeons in Mexico. The problem is that there isn't as much oversight and so finding a reputable, capable surgeon down there is all on the patient. Also, no legal recourse in the event they mess you up. Mexico is great for those elective surgeries you can't get a lawsuit-shy US doctor to perform. Home-made implants and such in particular.

Today I am wearing pants that usually do not require a belt, but now they are falling off of me.

whew! if you are happy, i am happy

If the pants are falling off you get a belt on then or see if you can get a draw string installed and tied tighter than usual

I have a belt. I just have never needed to wear it with these pants before.

I was thinking of doing another one when I am a month out from my surgery date.

I am about one week away from being able to lift heavy things. Once my post-op recuperation period is done, I can start doing some serious workouts.

It's okay, there's always the Navy search and rescue. Same difference, only the National Guard is constantly stealing credit from those guys in environments where they both have to co-exist.
