| I think it's important to start a training log. Nothing keeps you in line with your goals than seeing progress in black and white. Here's my current weight-in. Smith Machine Upright Row: 70 lb x 12 reps 75 lb x 12 reps
Smith Machine Overhead Shoulder Press: 30 lb x 12 reps 35 lb x 12 reps
Lat Pulldown: 70 lb x 12 reps 75 lb x 12 reps
Pull-Up: 12 reps 12 reps

| Today I have a bike race (10 miles). It's a charity thing for Special Olympics.
I've got an old Walmart-special for a bike. My goal is to get debt free (except for the house). When I do that, I'll reward myself with a new Diamondback hybrid bike.
In all honesty, the speed one rides doesn't have that much to do with the bike . . . it depends on the rider (the engine).
Even a Corvette will run slow if it's got the engine of a garbage truck under it's hood. | |

I find that it is more bicep-y
