Pai Mei Diet

biking is fun, i jog alot at the gym and then i did the bike because the treadmills were all occupied, nice lower thigh workout. But i dont have a bike, when i did, i used to bike 20 miles a day. The only thing that i dont like it breathing in all the car fumes to get to where i am going (quabbin resevoir) which once i get there i stash my bike somewhere deep in the woods and then hike around. but if im crazy enough, which i surely am, i just carry my bike through the woods.

As for whos diet, i was asking TheInstructor about his rice and fish head diet ))

Hi adamm.

I have lost 15 pounds. I've also incorporated intermittent 24 hour fasting into the mix but that is more of a spiritual endeavor than physical fitness though I am sure it changes the equation to some extent.

Congrats on getting down to 192!
